NRG are working with an IT Service Provider based in Middlesbrough looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join an expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and confident individual to join the business at an exciting time.


 Based at Head Office in Middlesbrough, you will be responsible for:


  • Providing remote/onsite IT support for hardware and software issues to SLA’s
  • Effective ticket management
  • Delivering exceptional customer service


 Required Skills/Experience:


  • Experience working in a busy IT service desk environment
  • Experience working with Office 365 and Sharepoint
  • Telecoms experience (Panasonic, 3CX)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident in a customer-facing environment
  • Full UK driving license


This is an office-based role so candidates must live a commutable distance to HQ in Middlesbrough.


Salary up to £22,000 + bonus + paid overtime
