Our client is and international brand that provides a cloud-based SaaS solution to their customers that include investment banks, independent research providers and investment institutions. With presence in London, Newcastle Upon Tyne and New York they have a global reach of clients as far as Africa and Australasia aswell as a strong presence in the UK and Europe.

Due to growth and expansion they are looking to recruit and experienced Business Analyst. The individual will be delivering system implementations to customer, in the Investment Banking arena. The successful applicant will have mainly a Business Analysis or Implementation Consultant background with experience and examples of working directly with customer business teams to understand requirements, suggesting solutions to configure and demonstrate suitable solutions.

Salesforce is the technology used extensively throughout the business so any knowledge or experience would be advantageous

Day to Day responsibilities include:

  • Business analyst for customer facing projects, understanding the customer’s business and ways of working, running workshops (either onsite post COVID or remotely)
  • Documenting requirements, potential solutions, and other project delivery documents
  • Working internally with the Development/technical teams and other team members of
  • Client Success to investigate technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Undertake Salesforce configurations for investigating solutions and for client demo purposes
  • Undertake demos, training to support project rollouts, post rollout special care support
  • Client Success team shared activities such as sales support and other client success responsibilities

Ideally you will have:

  • 2.5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or implementation consultant. This might have been working for a vendor or within an investment bank / financial services institution
  • Experience in Salesforce implementations or configurations
  • Excellent communication, analysis and facilitating workshop skills and capable of producing high-quality documentation
  • A business analysis background and 'hands-on' approach to delivery
  • Technical configuration experience, ideally within a CRM system
  • A desire and willingness to get to know your customers
  • Ability to self-managing your schedules and workload within a collaborative team
