NRG are working with a managed service provider based in Middlesbrough to add an enthusiastic, driven and confident individual to their expanding Resolutions Team. This fantastic opportunity involves providing technical support to our customers throughout the UK.

This role will involve a large amount of project implementation working directly with the Project Delivery Manager and as such will use planning and network design.

Overtime is available as many projects are needed to be completed out of hours.

Experience Required:

• Windows Server
• Server installation and migration experience is essential
• Active Directory and Group Policy
• Office 365 and SharePoint
• Hyper-V
• Networking
• Telephony
• Full UK driving license
